Returns & Refund Policy

At Let’s Go Label, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has entered production.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once production has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in producing and packaging your labels. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
As all labels are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Spelling errors approved at the time of order (We will contact youtif we notice an obvious mistake)
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Preference changes after delivery
